POSTAGE AND PACKAGING.

  2. For the rest of europe orders please add 5.00 pounds.
  3. For the rest of the world orders please add 7.00 pounds.

DELIVERY.

  1. Please allow 5-7 working days for uk deliveries.
  2. For europe and the rest of the world please allow 7-14 working days

 RETURNS PROCEDURE  

  1. Attach a copy of your order invoice enclosed in your package.
  2. Mail your package to the above return address in a sealed envelope by RECORDED MAIL, we must insist on this to insure the safety of the package against loss or damage.We shall not be held responsilble for loss or damage of unrecorded mail returns
  3. There will be no refund or exchange awarded for any damaged items.
  4. In order to process your return, you MUST contact us within 3 working days [uk] and 7 working days [international] of recieving the item.
  5. You will be immediately notified by email if the item ordered is out of stock, whereby you will have the option of  ordering a different item or wait untill your item is available of which you will be directly notified.
  6. There will be shipping costs added for any exchanged or returned items.
